日本の生産労働人口は減少する一方で、経済規模を維持していくためには、外国籍の方に日本で働いてもらう必要があります。しかし、まだまだ日本の中には、「外人」という言葉に表現されているように、異文化に対する理解が追いついていないのが現状です。企業において外国籍の方が日本で働くにあたっては、様々なハードルがあります。語学力のハードル、働き方のスタイルの違いによるハードル、労働環境の多言語化への非対応、さらには在留資格の問題もあり、外国籍の方が日本で働くためには、多くのハードルを乗り越える必要があります。
私たちは、入管法や外国籍社員雇用に関する専門性をお客様に提供することによって、これらのハードルを１つ１つのハードルを無くしていき、より外国籍の方が日本で働きやすい労働環境を実現することをミッションとしております。
As Japan’s productive labor force continues to decline, it is crucial to attract foreign workers to maintain the country’s economic scale. However, there is still a lack of understanding of different cultures in Japan, as evidenced by the use of the term “GAIJIN” (foreigner). In the corporate sector, foreign nationals face various challenges when working in Japan. These challenges include language barriers, differences in work styles, lack of support for multilingual work environments, and visa issues. To work effectively in Japan, foreign workers must overcome numerous obstacles.
Our mission is to eliminate these hurdles one by one by providing expertise in immigration law and foreign employee recruitment. We aim to create a more inclusive and supportive work environment for foreign nationals, making it easier for them to thrive in Japan.
